We had a good turnout, however, the building was not open for the meeting. Lajaune Hood has sent us following apology.

Please accept my sincere apology for not being at the school building to open the building for your meeting on March 13. I did not transfer the date from the contract to my calendar. I regret this oversight and do not try to excuse myself from blame.

I have enjoyed working with your organization and hope to continue in the future.
It is may hope that you will accept free use of the building for your April 10 meeting as compensation.

The checks for March and April will be returned to Tom.

The lights will be on and the doors will be opened for you on April 10.
